We have rich experience in the installation of Marine juice pipe, especially in the automatic welding of NFC concentrated juice pipe (pipe diameter greater than 100, less than 150 stainless steel pipe), FCOJ concentrated pipe thick wall pipe welding, equipment assembly and installation, product protection, safety management and adaptation to the shipyard construction environment has their own understanding and experience. From the installation of three Marine juice pipes in Guangxin Maritime Shipyard in Zhongshan, Guangzhou in 2017 and Chengxixiu Shipyard in Jiangyin in 2018 to the installation of juice pipes in COSCO Shipyard in Nantong, which is currently under construction, I have accumulated a lot of welding knowledge and methods to solve difficulties.
